Our Boxing Program is Designed to Improve Performance in a Range of Skills at Various Levels

Early forms of Boxing can be traced as far back as 3rd Millennium BC as one of the oldest forms of competition in the world.  Today, Boxing is a highly regulated, credible and internationally recognized sport. It is physical and highly technical and is considered as one of the most efficient forms of stand up fighting.

More recently adapted forms of Boxing, such as ‘Boxercise’ have been used for fitness training by men, women and children of all ages and abilities. The competitive aspect of Boxing includes both Amateur and Professional Boxing. Amateur boxing is an Olympic and Commonwealth sport and is a common fixture in most of the major international games – it also has its own World Championships.

We offer a range of foundation programs designed to contribute to both fitness and fun, whilst our Boxing program is designed to improve performance in a range of skills at various levels.

Our Boxing programs include:

  • Foundation Programs (All Ages)
  • Development Programs (Ages 8+)
  • Competitive Boxing (Ages 16+)
