We are as much about health and fitness as we are about training in a particular sport. We provide a range of fitness classes designed to develop some fundamental fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and fundamental movement skills. We believe that developing fundamental skills will provide a sound base for continued development in various sports, whilst also leading to healthier lifestyles.
Our fitness classes are non-competitive and aim to provide a safe, fun and welcoming environment. Fitness could include activities such as: Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Gymnastics and More
