Grappling is the foundation of sports such as Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo & Sambo. It is one of the oldest forms of recreational activities and children from cultures all over the world understand grappling at some basic level, often rolling, holding and tumbling as they grapple with friends .
There is no punching, kicking, or striking in grappling, which makes it a fantastic way to introduce basic movement skills, especially to children. We provide a fun and safe environment and introduce you to a whole range of grappling activities designed at building fundamental movement skills, whilst having a good time and making new friends.
This forms the perfect basis for further development in a range of different sports.
