Judo is Great for building Balance & Strength
JUDO is a martial art, combat sport and Olympic sport created in Japan in 1882. Judo is considered a grappling art and does not include any elements of striking (punching or kicking). Judo is great for building balance, strength and agility and is also highly technical at the elite level. It offers a fantastic base for continued development in all sports and as a basis to leading a healthy and active life.
We offer a range of Judo programs for people of all levels, these include:
